Full lace wig disappointment, what should I do with my hair now?

I recently ordered a full lace wig from beautifeyedvision.com, when I got it I was excited because the wig looked nice and it I was playing around with it and it looked like it would be really natural looking. When I applied the wig it WAS A HOT MESS! I used the walkers ultra hold adhesive (it was RECOMMENDED BY THE COMPANY) and the lace kept lifting up off of my hairline. The adhesive itself was VERY VERY STICKY AND MESSY. IT WAS LIKE DRIED UP PLASTIC AND CRAZY GLUE. They sent me the adhesive in a clear small bottle with their company logo sticker on it. When I put the wig on the adhesive left white resedu around the perimeter of my hairline and it was absolutely UNNATURAL LOOKING. I was very disappointed. My birthday is in a month and I really want my hair done nice I thought I was going to wear my wig but I can't. What kind of full weave should I give myself? I started 50mg Clomid cycle days 5-9 I am now on cycle day 11. I had a follicle scan this morning and there is one dominate follicle on my left ovary at 16.7mm. The doctor thinks i'll ovulate in 4-5days. My FSH level is very low and my uterine lining is only at 4.4mm. She said it needs to be at least 7mm. She gave me estrogen pills to take for 3 days and i go back in Monday to see if the follicle is bigger and my lining is thicker.. Do I still have a chance of conceiving this month!?

Can drywall dust irritate the inner ear?

I've been exposed to some highly concentrated drywall dust this week (for a couple of hours--dust was cloudy in the room) and then some lightly concentrated drywall dust for about 12 hours (not enough to see, but enough to dust surfaces). I wasn't wearing a mask. A few days ago I developed a low hum in my ears that hasn't gone away. I know that the dust can cause sinus issues. Might the dust be the cause of the humming? Thanks.

Framing for drywall!?

I am framing my basement for drywall. I built 2x4 wooden studs 16" cent. I had to put 2x3 on the ceiling because of water pipes and wires. because i did that in my top corner (floor meets ceiling) i dont have the horizontal stud to nail to that is usually there. do i need to put a horizontal brace between every stud now to nail to or are the vertical ones good enogh support so the plaster wont crack. (I am only concerend because it is a corner and not a flat surface like when it gets joined on a wall)

At my school we have AFJROTC and in ROTC we have rocket club and after you make you first rocket you can design your own. Well we just launched our rockets the other day and then to day I was wondering, what would happen if i made a two peice rocket where you have a rocket without a nose cone attached to another (both with engines) with the nose cone just not glued just attached enough to where it can stay together for a while. so my question is if i launched a rocket like that would the secondary charge of the first engine give enough energy to detach itself from the top and igniting the other engine in the other rocket... I'm having a Moulin Rouge birthday party & I need some inspiration?!?

I've got until the start of may to organize but I'm the kind of person who likes to know things are totally sorted in advance, especially as it's going to be a big thing. It's only my 19th birthday but my boyfriend decided he wants to rent out the bar he works in since he can get A LOT of money off (I'm talking like �40/50 for the venue, about the same or a little over for the DJ etc) which means we have more money than we thought left for decorations. Obviously it's a costume party & luckily most of my guests are very into musicals & dressing up so they know the movie well so there will be no problems there. I haven't got a clue with the decorations though!! The bar has really kool coloured lighting anyway so that will help set the scene & as long as I pay for the decorations & put them up myself they're not bothered about whats there. Obviously the first thing that came to mind was red fabric, feathers & rhinestones but I'm really not sure what to do, or where to go with it. Any ideas? I'm a student so I can't really fork out like �100 just for decorations. I'm also putting some up in my flat where we'll be pre-drinking & getting ready, they'll most likely be left overs from the bar though. I've been playing bball for well over 10 years and i can ure u flashy won't get you anywhere, and if you can't play in your coaches system, you won't play. 2-3 zone is the easiest form of defense cause you always should have help ready and waiting but you can still play lock down defense. Play the ping lane, drive a player into traps. you can pressure the ball in a 2-3 zone. Back to your offense. if u perfect the stop and pop, its as easy as a lay up. Driving to the basket or trying to cross someone over all the time isn't always the best decision. You wanna play hard but also play smart and stop and pops is basic basketball made easy. I can go on for days but I can promise you acrobatic shots and fancy pes wont impress as many ppl as you think.

9 1/2 week old sick Mastiff puppy?

have cared for him at home since day one around the clock giving Sub-Q fluids (purchased from my vet) and kayro syrup for the first few days and pepto for vomiting. I then had to force feed him A/D canned food from my vet(day 4 to present)which he hates. For the last 2 days he has been acting very hungry but will run from the A/D so I have tried canned pedigree puppy, he sniffed it and walked away and went under my table to his bag of dry puppy chow and tried to rip open the bag, gave him a few pieces and he ate it. So I have been giving him small portions of his dry food which he will only eat if I give it to him piece by piece from my hand. I tried to wet it to make it soft and he will not eat it. We had baked chicken for dinner last night and he went nuts for it (i gave him half a piece of ). He has firm normal stool now but I feel he is not eating enough as when we are eating he goes crazy to eat what we are. any suggestions on what to feed him? I Have called my vet and she said if not eating normally to continue forcing the A/D.

Mom/Girlfriend Conflict?

I have a major problem. My mom got in an argument with my girlfriend of 2 years and I about how my mom basically hates my girlfriend. I do not have the financial stability to move out of my parent's house and I am currently a full time student with a part time job. I feel like the only way to make the situation better is to move out of the house. Heart pain being released after warm liquid feeling releases?

I have been having on and off heart pain more so intensified over the past month. This evening as I was laying in bed meditating to a "Relaxation" sleep hypnosis cd I felt my heart muscle squeeze and I felt a warm liquid coming out it felt like it went down a valve or my spine or something but, it just felt good warm and soothing. the full metal jacket is really just a redesigned smokin. the full metal jacket comes in either 9mm or 11mm speakers. the smokins have the 11mm. they sound about the same, the full metal jacket might be a bit better sounding. but go with the smokin if you REALLY want skullcandy's. I wouldn't recommend Skullcandy, as they aren't very well built, and i don't find them the best sounding.

Would there be legal issues involved in putting a parody of a song in a book?

At one point of one of my stories, one of the characters sings/performs to a (self-created) parody of an existing song. Would the copyright issues that would be present if using the exact lyrics of the song still exist if using mostly original lines (the chorus is almost identical and it is painfully obvious what the original song is), or would that be averted due to having different lyrics than the original?

If the fluid was acidic you would expect to see O2 sat decrease, but first probably bronchospasm, coughing, bucking if not paralyzed. If all that was showing it would be wise to cancel and observe. If none of that, the patient was stable O2, pulse, BP, I would probably proceed with the surgery. Then watch the post op course. If stable , the pH was not too low, or it did not actually get into the lungs. If any particulate matter bronchoscopy, flush with saline not H2O. If the patient is stable post op, no apparent sequelae, probably send home with instructions to call back if any sx's. Also depends how reliable the patient is. If particulate matter, probably the pH is not too low.

Apparently this was filmed about 8 months ago since this time Mr Wisdom's Dementia has progressed rapidly that he does not now recognise his family . When the program did go out the other evening his family decided that he would not be shown it as it would be too distressing to let him see his-self and not be able to understand what was going on . I don't think it was harsh for his family to decide on a Care Home for him the empathise being on the word "Care".Sometimes unfortunately this becomes necessary in the later stages of Dementia and other age related illnesses.

Bad pain 27 weeks pregnant?

I am 27 weeks pregnant and experiancing really bad ligament pain. I know this is normal but at times its so bad i can hardly walk. I am not overweight and I am fairly healthy. I get the pain in my legs, back, ribs, groin, and sides of my stomach. My gyno prescribed me panadiene forte which i have taken but it dosnt help! I have also tried hot showers / baths, heatpacks and dencorub but nothing works. Is anyone else suffering like this? If so, what do you do about it?

What the HELL ARE These Pests?!?

Sounds like Springtail flies. We used to get them every year. They look black and are not much larger than a speck of pepper. In fact, that is what I thought I was seeing until it hopped away from me. I also did the scotch tape thing to grab one. If that is what they are they are harmless but annoying. When I called our exterminator he told me that it wasn't worth trying to get rid of them as it would be pretty expensive. They tend to show up in the spring and early summer months...they like mulch and dampness. After a few weeks ours were gone. This is the first year in about five that I haven't seen them, thank goodness.
