Does he still like me...?

he said that his feelings for me are next to zero after our argument and said that he wasn't interested in us anymore and ended it...i was crushed to say the least but thankfully i only drunk dialed one day...as expected his answer was no...so i left him alone and have been ignoring him since(been 3wks i think)...we go to the same school and share cles...and in cles i get the "'feeling" that he's staring -even caught him once...and today i skipped a cl and he confirmed by belief by calling for the first time since i started NC to ask me why i missed cl...now this has me totally confused...i mean sometimes he ignores me then other times he tries to talk...and there was this one time he saw me hugging a guy(just a fren) and came up to us acting all weird like the cat had his tongue or something (he nvr stammers rofl) then quickly said he had an exam to go to and left...now correct me if im wrong but doesn't his actions say that he still has feelings??? =)... bearing in mind that i'd like a relationship again with should...should i continue NC until he says he misses me or start asking him to hang out now and see where we can go..???
