On 50mg Clomid.. Do I still have a chance?

I started 50mg Clomid cycle days 5-9 I am now on cycle day 11. I had a follicle scan this morning and there is one dominate follicle on my left ovary at 16.7mm. The doctor thinks i'll ovulate in 4-5days. My FSH level is very low and my uterine lining is only at 4.4mm. She said it needs to be at least 7mm. She gave me estrogen pills to take for 3 days and i go back in Monday to see if the follicle is bigger and my lining is thicker.. Do I still have a chance of conceiving this month!?
