Has anyone heard of the return to work credit?

Someone in my family has recieved a letter telling them that they're eglible for this, they already recieve DLA as they're severly handicapped but they wanted a job and thankfully were able to find work. Does it matter if they recieve DLA and Working Tax credits weekly? will they be able to recieve this return to work credit of �40 per week along with their wages and other payments? xxxx
