I don't think Aether is Irish/Gaelic. Sp�ir is the Irish for sky. But anyway, in modern Irish you would say 'le' for 'with'. But you would have to add a h to the Aether because it begins with a vowel. So it would be 'le hAether'. The 'le' sounds like 'leh'. The gender neutral 'one' does not really have an equivalent in Irish, except you could use s� which means 'he' but is considered neutral as well. s� sounds like 'shay'.
