How to accentuate my genital warts with makeup?

I need to know what kind of makeup I can use to disguise my genital warts so my lovers dont know. I was thinking of covering each wart in different colored glitter eyeliner along with some fancy eyeliner decorations around them to form some type of artsy pattern. I would like it to look sensual and have even thought about getting a tattoo to accentuate them..would this be painful???
