My 99 astro van HVAC only blows defrost,no matter how it is set. What can I do?

you have a vacuum leak in the hose that runs from the intake plenum area to the either the vacuum supply tank, or under dash to the back of the selecter switch on the a/c htr control head. with no vacuum, the system defaults to defrost only.
