Child radius limits in PA?

Since you have custody and the kids don't want to be with her, and she drinks and does drugs, I think a judge would be on your side. The interest is for the children to be safe and taken care of. Since your willing to bring the children to her and go back and get them, I don't see what her problem is. Since the father has custody, there should be an agreement that was render in court. Go with that.
