Im 16 and just got my license...?

is it possible that im able to go to canada alone? without any parents with me. just for like visiting my friend for a few hours? (note: from seattle, washington to vancouver, canada) i have my pport nd everything...he cant come here bcs he has only student visa to canada...so im going to visit...
