Can anyone tell me more about the traditional Swedish song Sackpipslat?

I don't know much about it except that the artist Azam Ali did a beautiful version of it on one of her cds, and I think the full name of the song is "Sackpipslat fran Norra Rada"? Can anyone tell me more about it, such as how old it is, etc? Thanks!
