How much, is too much, for an autograph?

Me and my girl were in the Mall the other day and we noticed, that a store in a nearby Mall, are charging $70 for an autograph (SEVENTY DOLLARS)$10 for a personalized autograph and $5 for a Certificate of Authenticity from Cliff Lee (Pitcher from the Phils) and my question, how much money is too much (in your opinion)to meet your favorite players?
