Why am I getting Gray/black spots on my body?

I have been getting blackish gray spots on my body like on my lip and my lower back looks like it has a huge buise on it triangular shape. I am a 14 year old girl. to trama in the area. Also my lower back hurts like crazy. like a 7 out of 10. why is this happening?!
